Córdoba flood relief - the families of Sunrise Lane
Neighbors in the families of Sunrise Lane are rebuilding after the flood; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The flood hit the families of Sunrise Lane on 11 February. My home was one of 61 damaged, and 4 families are still in temporary shelter at the local school gym.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
Funds go to building materials, water purification supplies, bedding, and food for families still in shelters.
Where the $2,150 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $1,100
• Clean water and purification supplies: $250
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $330
• Food parcels for displaced families: $170
• Tools and labor for repairs: $300
Thank you so much.

Best of luck. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Córdoba.
thinking of you and your family. Your post was clear and honest. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
Good luck, Mateo. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. God bless
hope things get better soon. More neighborhoods should do this. Thinking of Córdoba.
