Care for Rodrigo, 76: help cover a carer and medication in Medellín

I'm caring for my father, who's 76. After worsening Parkinson's disease Rodrigo can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Rodrigo desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Rodrigo worked all of his life as a bus driver, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $450 goes:
• Medication and prescriptions: $170
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $200
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $80
