Care for Revathi, 78: help cover a carer and medication in Mysuru
Revathi can't afford the care She needs after a heart attack; we're asking for $1,000.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 78. After a heart attack Revathi can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Revathi desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Revathi worked all of her life as a carpenter, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Part-time carer (three months): $800
• Medication and prescriptions: $60
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $80
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $60

Stay strong. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
Rooting for you, Lokesh. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
