The Jacaranda health centre yard needs a covered market stall space - Musa's neighborhood project
A community-led a covered market stall space at the Jacaranda health centre yard that will serve 260 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Jacaranda health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 260 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $500 goes:
• Materials: $340
• Permits and inspections: $55
• Safety equipment and signage: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $50
