Care for Nolan, 82: help cover a carer and medication in Edinburgh

I'm caring for my father, who's 82. After a heart attack Nolan can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Nolan desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Nolan worked all of his life as a bus driver, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $2,750 goes:
• Part-time carer (eight months): $1,500
• Medication and prescriptions: $520
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $310
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $420
