Care for Manit, 92: help cover a carer and medication in Bangkok

I'm caring for my father, who's 92. After a fall and hip fracture Manit can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Manit desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Manit worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $150
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $95
• Part-time carer (six months): $905

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. mobility aids and bathroom adaptations comes first ($150) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. It helps to be asked.
