30 volunteers for the Community Soup Kitchen Night in San Diego

Every year the Community Soup Kitchen Night brings together 443 neighbors in San Diego. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
