My family left Venezuela 6 months ago after we could no longer live safely. We spent time in a camp before we were resettled in Augusta. We're a family of seven and we're safe, but we arrived with very little. Our resettlement agency has provided 3 months of rent, and that support ends in August. I was a pharmacist in Venezuela, and I'm studying the language every evening. Our daughter and son have started school and are doing well. We want nothing more than to be self-sufficient. This fund will help us through the first six months. All purchases will be documented and photos shared (with the family's consent).       Sure. The biggest one is language classes and bus passes, $450. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
