I'm caring for me, who's 81. After a fall and hip fracture Davi can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Davi desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Davi worked all of his life as a schoolteacher, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.

• Part-time carer (eight months): $1,050
• Medication and prescriptions: $170
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $120
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $160
