Bunga needs my tuk-tuk repaired to get back to work in Jakarta
Bunga's my tuk-tuk is Bunga's only source of income and needs a transmission replacement costing $210.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 5 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $210. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $210 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $105
• Labor charges: $60
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Towing and inspection: $5
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Stay strong, Bunga. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Quezon City but we're thinking of you!
Good luck, Bunga. Hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care
Sending good thoughts, Bunga. Looking forward to the next update. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
