Axel needs my motorbike repaired to get back to work in Los Angeles
Axel drives for a living in Los Angeles, and a broken transmission has stopped all income for 3 weeks.

I make my living with my motorbike. 3 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,750. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $1,100
• Labor charges: $220
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $330
• Towing and inspection: $100
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Small businesses are the heart of Los Angeles. Hope you're open again soon. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
Sending good thoughts, Axel. Hope you get there. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Durgapur.
Rooting for you. Hope this works out for you. Love from Worcester!
Hope it all works out. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Pune
