Acacia Park needs a covered market stall space - Jakkrit's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $1,000 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 27 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Acacia Park, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $110, and the remaining cost is $1,000.
It will serve about 437 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Materials: $870
• Permits and inspections: $70
• Safety equipment and signage: $60
