A weekly visit for Franziska, 79, who lives alone in Nuremberg
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Franziska is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Franziska, who's 79. Franziska lives alone in Nuremberg, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Franziska loves baking, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Stay strong. Shared this with my family. After 8 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Nuremberg.
Hope it all works out. Get well soon. Thinking of Nuremberg.
take care. Looking forward to the next update. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings
Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. All the best!
stay strong, Theo. I hope things turn around soon. Don't give up.
