A place to stay near Pune University Hospital while Popy receives treatment

My mother Popy has been accepted for treatment at Pune University Hospital in Pune, starting on Thursday in March. We live 396 km away in a rural district, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 6 weeks. Two of us would stay: Popy and me. We can contribute $10 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Popy will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
