Rowan is coming to Oakland Transplant Centre for 5 weeks of treatment and the family needs somewhere affordable to stay.

My brother Rowan has been accepted for treatment at Oakland Transplant Centre in Oakland, starting on Friday in August. We live 328 km away in a rural district, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 5 weeks. Two of us would stay: Rowan and me. We can contribute $160 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Rowan will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
