A place to stay near Madina Children's Hospital while Mavis receives treatment
A family from a town in the north needs lodging in Madina while a child is treated.
🇬🇭 Madina, Greater Accra, Ghana1,407 views
My wife Mavis has been accepted for treatment at Madina Children's Hospital in Madina, starting on Monday in October. We live 218 km away in a town in the north, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 5 weeks. Two of us would stay: Mavis and me. We can contribute $25 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Mavis will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
I hope life is good to you.

Thanks for sharing this, Prince. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
I hope things turn around soon. Love from Utrecht!
So sorry you're going through this, Prince. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I hope October is when things finally get easier
Thanks for sharing this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care
Wishing you the best, Prince. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Sent it to 18 people at work.
Hope it all works out. This could happen to any of us. Put this on a community board in Dwarka this morning.
