I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on September. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified immigration lawyer licensed in Berlin who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Berlin or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

sending love. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
rooting for you. I hope things turn around soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Love from Hyderabad!
So sorry you're going through this, Daniel. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Bang Khen.
Good luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Berlin.
