I'm launching a small online shop in Mumbai next December. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a small online shop, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Rooting for you, Bappy. This could happen to any of us.
hope things get better soon, Bappy. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Kinondoni.
