A business mentor for Andrea's new craft brewery in Palmira
Andrea is launching a craft brewery and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a craft brewery in Palmira next April. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone

Hope things get better soon, Andrea. Your post was clear and honest. Sent it to 25 people at work. All the best.
Thinking of you. Hope you make a strong comeback. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Rawalpindi.
