After burnout at work, Kamal has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Lalitpur Counselling Collective cost $10 each.
Kamal has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Kamal could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
