Keep a roof over Hana's head in Saint-Denis
A termination letter arrived last week. Hana needs $2,400 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Saint-Denis.

When the call centre closed in April, Hana fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Saturday a termination letter was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $2,400.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by August, the family must leave.
There are a toddler and a baby at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Hana has started working night deliveries, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
