Zoë Roos Hoekstra
Volunteer mentor with Acacia Youth Network
- 🇳🇱 The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands
- Acacia Youth Network
- Since 1998
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,040 people through Acacia Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Zoë
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
