Tim Marcel Blom
Software mentor, Rotterdam
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- 1991 to 1999
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 160 people through Rotterdam Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Tim: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
