Wulan Ika Nasution
Helping people break into careers
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Rosewood Foundation
- Since 1987
- English, Indonesian, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,340 people through Rosewood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Wulan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
