Sinta Tanoto
Mentor in teaching and careers
- 🇮🇩 Kediri, East Java, Indonesia
- Lotus Community Trust
- 1987 to 1999
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 250 people through Lotus Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sinta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
