Rani Rahayu Hidayat
Volunteer mentor with Bekasi Foundation
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- Bekasi Foundation
- Since 1984
- English, Indonesian
For 42 years I've mentored people in leadership and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Rani
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
