Irma Eka Putra
Volunteer mentor with Yogyakarta Association
- 🇮🇩 Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
- Since 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,090 people through Yogyakarta Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Irma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Irma: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
