Wangari Mwangi
Painter, potter and teacher at The Summit Print Workshop
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- The Summit Print Workshop
- Since 1987
- English, Spanish
I work mostly in graphic design, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1987 at The Summit Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Summit Print Workshop, which keeps me honest.
More about Wangari
I've had 9 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Wangari: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
