Nyambura Halima Hamisi
Painter, potter and teacher at The Heritage Art Collective
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- The Heritage Art Collective
- 1991 to 1999
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1991 at The Heritage Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by faces I pass in the street. I fix old bicycles.
