I coached rowing at Ikeja Boxing Gym from 1988 to 2005. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Vivian: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Jerusalem.
