Víctor A. Montes
Teaching mentor, Bilbao
- 🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain
- Parkside Mentoring Circle
- Since 1992
- Spanish
For 34 years I've mentored people in teaching and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
