Helping people break into farming
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
- Girona Community Trust
- 1998 to 2006
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Girona Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
