Tomás C. Cabrera
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico
- Old Tuxtla Gutiérrez Trades Guild
- Since 2012
- Spanish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Tuxtla Gutiérrez, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Tomás: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
