Szymon Marek Nowakowski
Mentor in teaching and small business
- 🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland
- Warsaw Foundation
- Since 2000
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Warsaw Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Szymon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
