Marta Katarzyna Malinowski
Mentor in small business and recovery
- 🇵🇱 Gdańsk, Pomerania, Poland

I'm a mentor in small business. I've spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Marta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Marta: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
