Łukasz Maciej Kowalski
Farming mentor, Warsaw
- 🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland
- Elmwood Foundation
- Since 2004
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Elmwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
