Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- 1988 to 2006

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Kyiv and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
