Sven Martijn Hoekstra
Mentor in teaching and entrepreneurship
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Kingsway Mentoring Circle
- Since 1986
- Dutch
For 40 years I've mentored people in teaching and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
