For 31 years I've mentored people in teaching and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Ingrid: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
