I'm a mentor in first-generation students. I've spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back.
I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Sumon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sumon: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
