Rina Rahima Mahmud
Leadership mentor, Narayanganj
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Narayanganj Foundation
- Since 1996
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Narayanganj Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Rina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
