Mim Salma Talukder
Mentor in small business and engineering
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- 1988 to 2019
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 710 people through Windsor Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mim: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
