Sophie Marie Marchand

Mentor in trades and recovery

  • 🇫🇷 Toulouse, Occitanie, France
  • Silverlake Community Trust
  • Since 1985
  • French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,130 people through Silverlake Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Areas of mentoring

Trades
What gifts mean to Sophie: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
