Sarita Shrijana Bhattarai
Sitar player and teacher in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Orchestra
- Since 2014
- English, Nepali
I've played sitar since 2014, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sarita
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.

What gifts mean to Sarita: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
