Help Nicolás save Nala - surgery needed

Nala is my senior cat of eleven years. On 8 June we rushed to Coatzacoalcos Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $800. They have stabilized Nala, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Nala is more than a pet - Nala walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
