Sangita Sita Rai
Careers mentor, Lalitpur
- 🇳🇵 Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal
- Lalitpur Community Trust
- 1989 to 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Lalitpur Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
