Sarita Regmi
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇳🇵 Pokhara, Gandaki, Nepal
- Pokhara Community Trust
- Since 2007
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Pokhara Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Sarita
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
