Helping people break into teaching
- 🇧🇷 Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Petrópolis Association
- 1988 to 2021
- Portuguese
For 33 years I've mentored people in teaching and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Ronaldo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
