Helping people break into farming

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Lotus Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Heitor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Heitor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
