Anderson Flávio Costa
Careers mentor, Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Santos Association
- 2016 to 2025

For nine years I've mentored people in careers and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
